Common room:
3 couches and 2 coffee tables
TV and TV unit
dining table with 4 chairs

Laundry:
large washing machine and dryer
laundry baskets, mop and bucket
iron and ironing board
vacuum cleaner

Tenant’s responsibilities:

- Rent paid 1 month in advance
- Bond equivalent to 2 weeks rent
- No pets allowed
- No smoking permitted in the house
- Be considerate of your housemates
- Take a good care of all equipment provided
